OUR PROJECTS
BASKETBALL CAMPS
AUGUST 2025
We will hold basketball camps in Cape Town and Durban in August 2025, working with local teams and partners. In partnership with the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation, who will provide swimming instruction.
This summer 2025 we will begin by organizing clinic days with the local national teams the Cape Town Sharks and Durban Kwazulu Marlins.
In the future, we aim to establish long-term relationships with local schools to ensure continuity on and off the court.
The challenge of attracting investors to develop future players in South Africa and retaining talent after their studies abroad still persists. We aim to help tackle this issue in the future.
We welcome participants of diverse backgrounds and skill levels to join in basketball training, games, and camaraderie, fostering a sense of unity and teamwork.
Our aim is to equip every participant with a basketball kit, which includes a backpack and food, to ensure their well-being during the event. Moreover, we are honored to collaborate with the Princess Charlene or Monaco Foundation to raise awareness about their anti-drowning program.

TRANSPORTS
PRACTICE VENUE
LONG TERM
The basketball clubs are in urgent need of reliable transportation to ensure that players can consistently attend practices, especially young players from townships who face risks and constant violence that can take them out of their anxious environments.
Currently, many members struggle to access practice venues, which is hindering their development and engagement in the sport. In addition to transportation, it is essential to secure a long-term practice venue that provides a safe and consistent space for training. Moreover, the clubs require funding for coaching training programs to enhance the skill sets of their coaches and improve the overall quality of instruction.
The acquisition of proper training equipment, such as hoops and shoes, is also critical to support the teams effectively in their practices and competitions. Together, these resources will help create a more sustainable and thriving basketball environment for all participants, offering a positive alternative to the challenges faced in their daily lives.

EDUCATION & BASKETBALL
Basketball is a powerful means of promoting education and personal development in underprivileged communities in South Africa.
By engaging in the sport, young individuals not only pursue physical activity but also cultivate essential life skills that prepare them to navigate challenges and thrive as global citizens. Our long-term vision is to establish a basketball academy that sponsors underprivileged children and will open their doors to more advance players, providing them with the skills they need to succeed in life both on and off the court.
We aim to implement a sustainable model within the community to prevent early school dropouts, helping to ensure that education remains a priority for young athletes. This initiative promotes sport as a unifying force, empowering young women and fostering a sense of community responsibility. Additionally, through our programs, we strive to raise awareness and educate the community about non-violence, creating a safer and more supportive environment for all. Ultimately, our goal is to harness the power of basketball to inspire positive change and build a brighter future for these youth in South Africa.
